To provide an enhanced service delivery for Sri Lankan citizens, system upgrade activities are currently being executed for the Electronic Revenue Licence (eRL 2.0) system. Services will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, 25 September 2026, to Monday, 28 September 2026. AFFECTED PROVINCES: Central Province | North Western Province Eastern Province | Sabaragamuwa Province North Central Province | Southern Province Northern Province | Uva Province The system will be back online and fully operational for Sri Lankan citizens on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
